A Walk at Penang Georgetown
Presenting you the Georgetown of Penang!!!
The Temple of the Goddess Guan Yin, 观音亭。
The famous roadside cendol stall.
The famous wall drawing by Ernest Zacharevic, a talented artist.
The photos in this page are the photos shot during the “A Little Rainy Shooting Trip” and during a Penang one day trip with my friends. The proud of Penang – Georgetown, is an amazing place full of heritage houses. There are lots of interesting places to visit in Georgetown and the people at there are all very friendly. Met with some tourists and a group of students from other state travelling at there. Recently, a talented artist, Ernest Zacharevic has added some colour to this wonderful Georgetown with his wall drawing. There are a total of 5 drawing and his drawing has sort of become a treasure hunt game for many. Me and my friends managed to find all the drawing (he drew the drawing at the very-easily-miss-out-wall). That was a really a great satisfaction after finding all his drawing!

Liew, your pictures are breath taking. It’s like being there from the comfort of my home. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity in doing so. I do have a question. How do I copy any of your pictures to my blog? Do I have your permission to do so? Let me know by email (mikelimon.805@hotmail.com) on how to copy some pictures. Thank you pal.
Mike
Thanks Mike. I have reply you by email. You have the permission to use all my photos (except for those that possibly have my friends or other people inside the photos because I don’t have their permission to let other using their photos, sorry).
Nice captures
Thanks 😀
Cool! I loved your captures!
Penang’s streets seem like a perfect place to do planned photos: for instance, in picture 35, if you had exactly the same frame and composition, but with a kid walking down the street towards you, it would have taken the photo to an entirely different level. Of course I realize this is hard to do when you’re out with friends, and you don’t have all the time in the world 🙂
Thanks! Penang is surely a nice place for photography, especially in Georgetown. You are right, it is a bit hard to shoot when hanging out with friends, but this is where the fun it is. It is quite a challenging task to shoot in a short period of time..haha.. Kinda hard, but fun! 😀
Well done sequence. Some very effective compositions. The faded colour sets an intriguing emotional tone.
Thanks! Really glad that you like my colour tone! 😀
Liew, this is some excellent photography! Keep on shooting, mister! You’re talented!
Thanks Stephen! I will keep shooting and share the wonderful places I have been with all of you! 😀
